Under the Business Registration Ordinance, the applicant must be a holder of the Hong Kong Resident Identity Card or the Hong Kong Permanent Resident Identity Card. If the applicant holds a "Hong Kong Resident Identity Card", please provide the relevant entry visa or entry label. If the visa or label has been marked as "not allowed to operate or participate in any business", the Company Registry will not accept its application.
